Relay readiness at Whiteknights…

It’s been a very active daytime service for Whiteknights Yorkshire Blood Bikes Today.

Paul from Whiteknights South Yorkshire riding, “Ivanhoe” collected a Faecal Matter Transplant consignment from SSC Blood Bikes rider, Paul, and then handed over to Harry from Northumbria Blood Bikes at Scotch Corner.

Elsewhere in Yorkshire, Whiteknights North, Volunteer, Andy, transported a consignment of Breast Milk from the donor’s address to Hartshead Moor Services handing over to Pete from Blood Bikes Manchester.

Later that morning Andy then travelled to Calderdale Royal Hospital for another Neonatal Breast Milk delivery to Sheffield’s Jessops Maternity Hospital.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers in our neighbouring Blood Bike charities who worked to make these successful national relays happen. Go team BloodBikes!
